Caring for a loved one can be a deeply rewarding experience, but it can also be challenging, isolating, and emotionally draining. Recognizing the unique needs of caregivers in our community, St. Stephen's is excited to announce the launch of a new caregiver support group.


Why a Caregiver Support Group?

  • Shared Experiences: Connect with others who understand the joys and struggles of caregiving.
  • Emotional Support: Find a safe space to express your feelings and receive encouragement.
  • Practical Advice: Share tips, resources, and strategies for navigating the caregiving journey.
  • Reduced Isolation: Combat feelings of loneliness and build a supportive community.


Meeting Details

  • When: The second Sunday of every month, starting on Jan. 12, 2025
  • Time: 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm
  • Where: St. Stephen's Church, Davis Room
  • Who: All caregivers are welcome, regardless of the age or condition of the person they care for.


What to Expect

Each meeting will provide a welcoming and confidential environment for caregivers to:

  • Share their experiences and challenges.
  • Offer support and encouragement to one another.
  • Learn about helpful resources and coping strategies.
  • Connect with others who understand the unique demands of caregiving.
